Will Smith is rumoured to be making an appearance at Glastonbury Festival this weekend.
Smith – who is currently in Europe with his family – first sent the rumour mill into over drive when he announced a UK tour during an appearance on the Graham Norton Show last year but it has resurfaced days before the event.
Speaking to Norton he said: “I’ve been working on something and this time I’m not lying. We’ve recorded about 25 songs and have four or five I actually like.
“Jeff and I will be back here this summer to do shows – real shows.”
Radiohead are also rumoured to be planning a secret set after festival founder Michael Eavis appeared to hint that they were playing during an Oxford Union Q&A.
Festival goers will descend on Worthy Farm this weekend where Muse, Adele and Coldplay will headline.
Other acts include Jess Glynne, Foals, Beck, ZZ Top, PJ Harvey, Ellie Goulding, Disclosure, Fat Boy Slim, New Order, James Blake, Skepta and Jeff Lynne’s ELO who are playing the Sunday afternoon Legend’s slot.
The Bee Gee’s Bary Gibb and Idris Elba will no longer perform at the iconic event.
Gibb – who was rumoured to be joining Coldplay on stage – pulled out after a family friend fell ill while Elba cancelled due to a change in his filming schedule for The Dark Tower.
